Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
We ship through USPS and any orders placed through us will be processed within 24 Hours, and Shipped out the next business day. USPS Shipping timeframes will vary per order.
Customers may cancel deliveries before the order has ben shipped. If the order wishes to cancel their delivery after this point, they must ship the order back to the return address in its unopened package in order to receive a refund.
Local Delivery is offered for $5 for orders under $40, and free for orders over $40. All deliveries must be placed before 2 P.M. (MST) in order to qualify for same day delivery. See FAQ's for more information on delivery. Delivery orders may be canceled before the order has left our shops at 2:30 PM (MST).
We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased in
our stores within 14 days of original purchase with valid receipt. Returns must include ONLY
the defective products. Hardware must be returned in its original packaging with all warranty
cards, charging equipment and/or accessories included with the unit. Due to sanitary and safety
standards, the following items are considered NON RETURNABLE:
- Open Cartridges
- Replacement Coils/Pods
- Drip Tips
- Replacement Glasses
- Rechargeable Batteries
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we
require a receipt and may decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
Items returned without a receipt.
Items returned outside of our 14 day return policy.
Items returned for personal reasons related to product satisfaction.
Items with physical or water damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly,customized modification, or user-error.
Items that are considered NON RETURNABLE due to safety and sanitary standards.
Items that have been opened and/or used.
Items that are working products.
